The South Carolina Tire Dealers Association was founded in 1957 to advance and safeguard the business interests of independent tire dealers and retreaders, while promoting cooperative relationships among those in the industry.

I just wanted to follow up with you and thank you for reaching out to Federated on our behalf. As it turned out, our shop insurance company made a corporate decision to discontinue coverage for our type of business. Jeff Hawkins, who had been our Federated Insurance agent, contacted me and over the month of October we made the transition to Federated. Federated, as always, was a pleasure to work with and expedited the process so that we are able to be covered by Nov 1.

I wanted to share this in case other dealers are experiencing the same issue with their insurance companies.
